In cases where Connectivity Services contain hyperlinks directing to websites published by third parties (hereinafter ‘Third Party Websites’) over which AC&B exercises no control, AC&B assumes no responsibility as to the content of Third Party Websites or content to which Third Party Websites may direct. The presence of hyperlinks directing to Third Party Websites shall not in any way imply approval by AC&B of the content of Third Party Websites. AC&B is not responsible for any changes or updates made to Third Party Websites. AC&B is not responsible for the transmission of information from Third Party Websites or for their poor functioning.
Furthermore, AC&B cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the collection and processing of false information from Third Party Websites.

In this regard, the Customer is in particular prohibited from adapting, altering, modifying, correcting, combining, translating into any and all languages, placing on the market free of charge or against payment, commercialising, all or part of Connectivity Services supplied by AC&B or any constituent component thereof, regardless of the method or medium.
The Customer agrees to use Website content strictly for private purposes. All use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
All content placed online by the Customer is his/her sole responsibility. The Customer agrees not to place online content that might adversely affect the interests of third parties. The Customer shall assume the cost of all legal proceedings brought by an injured party against the Website.
No clause in the GTCs may be interpreted as a transfer of intellectual property rights, tacit or otherwise.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTCs are subject to French law. All disputes in relation to the validity, enforcement or interpretation of the GTCs shall be subject, in the absence of amicable agreement, to the Regional Court of Paris, to which the Parties confer jurisdiction, irrespective of the place of execution or the residence of the defendant. This conferral also applies to interim proceedings, as well as proceedings involving multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
